With more than 35-100 years of combined industry and academic experience, HyLoSal is motivated to solve world-class challenges related to the environment, energy, and agriculture.

Bradley Nguyen, M.Sc is the founder of HyLoSal. He has led, managed, and accomplished with distinction many complexes, and multi-phase projects for his company while contracting and working directly for various production and service companies around the world. His experience includes the development of slow-release scale inhibitor products, real-time scale/asphaltene monitor devices, and miniature core flood production,... Mr. Nguyen received his Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in petroleum engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Natalie La, P.E, M.Sc is the Vice President of HyLoSal. She oversees the technical aspects of this research and development with regards to numerical modeling and phase behavior study. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Math from the University of Houston and a Master's in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Nam Le, Nam Le, is a senior software engineer and a tech entrepreneur. Nam has nine years of experience working in the hi-tech industry focused on mobile application development and testing. Her expertise is in product, project management, and automation to improve process efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Since joining a tech startup in Singapore and being inspired by the startup culture, Nam pursued an MBA. She has also explored her entrepreneurial journey from making scented candles to building an eco-friendly SaaS system with a mission to allow small and medium business owners to print less. Nam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston and an MBA from Singapore Management University. With a strong belief in making the world better, Nam wants to create positive business impacts on Mother Earth by incorporating innovative technologies with sustainability and ESG standards.

Thang Doan,– Corrosion and Metallurgist Consultant, M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and B.Eng in Materials Science, both with Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Mechanical Integrity of Oil & Gas for almost 15 years such as in Materials Selection and Testing, Pressure Vessel and Piping Design, Corrosion Control, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, and Risk-Based Inspection.
